We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Just a heads-up, we'd appreciate it if all returned items are in their original condition, including the label if there is one, and sent back in the original packaging. Feel free to try on an item, just like you would in a store. But sorry, we can't take back worn items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, go to our website and at the top right log in to your account with your email. No account (yet)? No worries, you will receive a 6 digit code to enter your account. Here you can start a request a return.
Once requested, we will send you the details via email on how to return your purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping. No restocking fee will be charged.

Here's a little request: when returning our items, please try to pack them properly, unwashed, and in perfect condition with the hang tag including barcode intact so that nothing hinders resale. This way, you contribute to our sustainable mission.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we can't do much if packages get lost or experience delays. Once we receive and accepted the goods, we'll refund the amount within 30 days. Unfortunately, we can't refund the return costs; those will be deducted from the amount you'll receive back.
