Material and Care

Materiaal: 100% TENCEL™ Lyocell - Interlock.

De TENCEL™ Lyocell vezels worden geproduceerd in Oostenrijk (Lenzing AG). Het houtmengsel (voornamelijk Eucalyptus hout) dat wordt gebruikt voor de productie van de vezels komt uit gecertificeerde bossen in Oostenrijk.

Omdat onze producten gemaakt zijn van natuurlijke materialen, vereisen ze minder intensieve behandeling. Hier is ons wasadvies om ervoor te zorgen dat de kleding zo lang mogelijk meegaat. Dat is ook duurzaamheid.

  • Wassen op 30 graden Celsius en met vergelijkbare kleuren
  • Niet in de droger doen
  • Vermijd het gebruik van wasverzachter en bleekmiddel
  • Binnenstebuiten wassen

High natural quality, as expected

I love nature's own closet.
I use as much of it as possible.
Usually, wool is my preference, and if not, Lyocell/Tencel is just as good - in another way.
Even Merino is a bit "itchy", whereas Lyocell feels like cotton. I will be interested to see how the shorts handle thigh chafing. The shorts are a bit shorter than regular leisure shirts. They feel good and are lovely to use while running. Compared to running in polyester tights, I feel a bit of extra fabric between my thighs. So far, it does not bother me. But I hope that NBS will offer running tights too.
Why only 4 stars?
The extra fabric between my thighs might cause chafing during longer sweaty sessions? Compared to technical regular fabric, Lyocell is a little thicker and traps a bit more moisture. Also, the waistband is really tight. It almost feel like the waistband is made for a smaller size.

I will recommend NBS to friends, and I will buy more garments. At the same time, I wish for more models like tights and pants for chilly autumn days.
